Senior Building Surveyor

The Role:
- A Team leader for Property Condition Surveyors, delivering surveys and collecting data in relation to condition and energy
- Managing and setting objectives for the team
- Identifying and effectively managing day to day risks
- Budget administering
- The next step for an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor looking to progress into management
The Candidate should:
- Have excellent knowledge and understanding of Building Surveying
- Hold qualifications in property surveying RICS, CIOB, CABE or equivalent, or willingness to work towards professional qualification
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety legislation in relation to management of housing and the construction industry including CDM.
- Be willing to undertake professional development on a continuous basis keeping up to date with surveying profession
- Have experience of line management or coaching
