£55,000 - £60,000

City – hybrid – 2 days in office

An exciting opportunity for a proactive, results-driven Brand Marketer with at least 2 years experience in a similar role, to join an established Online Gaming company in the City.

You will collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective brand marketing strategies that drive revenue and grow the customer base.

The Role:

  • Define brand positioning, tone of voice, campaign strategy and visual representation
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPI's
  • Manage campaign schedule, budget and external agencies
  • Propose creative ideas and deliver tactical brand planning
  • Actively seek new marketing and content opportunities to target consumers.
  • Execute the paid marketing strategy. Keeping track of performance, mitigating issues, and sharing daily reports.
  • Take a leading role in planning, creating and delivering video content
  • Manage the relationship and brief activity with ambassadors or influencers.
  • Research and identify new influencers for potential brand partnerships.
  • Write briefs for content ideas and attend photoshoots when they arise.

Essential requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing role that involved planning and delivering impactful brand marketing campaigns
  • A comprehensive understanding of brand positioning, marketing principles and brand development process
  • Creative and able to come-up with ideas for engaging branded content
  • Commercially minded and able to report on the success of campaigns against KPIs
  • Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators
  • A team player, that can build and nurture relationships internally and externally
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to confidently communicate projects and tasks with multiple stakeholders
  • Academic or industry qualifications in Brand Marketing
  • Experience with brand health tracking and consumer research
