HR & Compliance Manager

Insight Employment are seeking a HR & Compliance Manager to work for a local client of ours in Milton Keynes.

Job Purpose: -

As a HR & Compliance Manageryou will dealing with all HR issues and ensure that all compliance is adherence to.

Responsibilities: -

  • Craft, refine, and negotiate pivotal contracts with franchisees, suppliers, landlords, and other key partners.
  • Safeguard the brand's intellectual property, ensuring trademarks and copyrights are robustly
  • To navigate legal disputes, litigation, and negotiations with franchisees if required.
  • Offer sage advice on a myriad of legal issues impacting franchise operations, from

employment law to commercial transactions and beyond.

  • Ensure all staff contracts and handbooks are meticulously curated to safeguard the

company's interests.

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team within the Head Office, driving them towards peak
  • Develop and implement training initiatives to bolster team capabilities and adherence to

operational excellence.

  • Assess and enhance team performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all aspects of Health & Safety, from training to risk management, ensuring

unwavering compliance.

Ideal candidate: -

An ideal candidate will possess a robust HR background coupled with comprehensive grasp of company law.

Shift: -

Monday - Friday

Salary: -

Up to 55k per annum depending on experience.
