The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing exceptional customer service. This role is key in maintaining the professional image and integrity of the firm.

Description

  • Delivering first-rate customer service as the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Organising and scheduling meetings, and managing the company's conference rooms.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as required, including mail handling and ordering office supplies.
  • Ensure catering and conference call/AV requirements are provided for each room booking, as necessary
  • Contributing positively to the team and the firm's professional image.

Profile

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.
  • Proficiency in using office software like Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations.
  • A proactive approach to duties and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of between £24,000 and £26,000 per annum.
