Field Sales Executive
Worthing Office Based 2 Days per Week / Field Based / Remote Working
£30,000 - £35,000 Base First year OTE £60,000

The Field Sales Executive Opportunity:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our industry-leading telecoms solutions, exceeding targets, and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prospect and qualify leads, identifying potential customers for our telecoms products and services.
+ Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges, crafting customised solutions that deliver real value.
+ Deliver impactful presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
+ Negotiate contracts and close deals, exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
+ Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving your knowledge and expertise.

About you:

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in telecoms sales or a related field.
+ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
+ Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship building.
+ Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
+ Proficient in CRM software and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
+ A passion for technology and a desire to learn about the ever-evolving telecoms landscape (a plus).
