Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Property Manager to look after an assorted portfolio comprising mid to high-end residential properties in the local area. The ideal candidate should be able to orchestrate a seamless and forward-thinking operational mindset especially when it comes to maintenance alongside all other aspects of property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of mid to high-end residential properties, ensuring impeccable maintenance, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, placing emphasis on quality and timely completion.
  • Proactively engage in preventive measures to anticipate the need of reactive responses.
  • Conduct periodic property inspections to promptly address issues and uphold property standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure the provision of effective and cost-efficient services.
  • Assist in managing tenancy agreements, rent collection, and financial reporting for the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Lettings Manager to implement property enhancement strategies, to put a focus on both home values and the happiness of their tenants.
  • Stay in the loop of local property regulations, ensuring compliance is maintained at the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Property Management or a similar role within mid to high-end residential property management.
  • Profound knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient multitasking ability, prioritization skills, and efficient problem resolution.
  • Mastery in property management software and PropTech applications.
  • Robust organizational and time management skills.
  • Preferably ARLA licensed or holder of the NFOPP Technical Award.
  • Familiarity with the local area and its real estate market is highly preferred.
  • You must have a full drivers licence.
