As a Programme Delivery & Resource Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the company has fully trained and competent Apprentices and Paint, Body & MET technicians entering the network to support retailers in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers during each interaction, in addition to meeting strategic objectives.
Reporting into the UK Technical Academy Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, budgeting, delivery, support and implementation of the Paint, Body & MET programmes as well as the Technical Apprentice Programme
- Within each curriculum, deliver a process of continuous improvement by embedding new technologies and maximising opportunities to drive product knowledge within the network
- Leading and managing a team of Programme Managers, Technical Trainers and Administrators made up of purchased service employees to meet targets
- Manage the resources needed to support the programmes specified as well as the adult training provision, including the training fleet, tooling, equipment and consumables
