Job Title: Client Support Administrator

Salary: £23,00 to £25,000 per annum

Location: Near Longbridge, Birmingham

Hours: Monday to Friday, office-based

Description: Our client, a thriving logistics company located near Longbridge, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. This role is offered on a permanent basis due to an increased workload. The successful candidate will become part of a small, friendly team, handling customer service operations for the business.

Key Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming client calls
  • Coordinate with partners and suppliers to resolve client issues
  • Track both domestic and international shipments, keeping clients informed of delivery statuses
  • Book shipments online
  • Organize carrier collections and imports
  • Review and address discrepancy shipping reports
  • Order stationery and supplies for clients

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to build relationships with external contacts
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious
  • Capable of multitasking effectively
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and administrative skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
