Accounts Receivable Assistant Duties:
- Collate and process invoice requests
- Receive and allocate payments against invoices
- Follow debt collection procedures
- Ensuring debtors reconciliation is carried out on a monthly basis
- Arrange and coordinate enrolment
- Agree and process instalment plans
- Assisting the finance department in automating procedures
- Liaising with internal and external auditors
