We are looking for a Temporary Recruiter to join a growing, and highly successful business based in Redditch, on a temporary basis to help with workload. The role is 1 - 2 days in the office,, hybrid working.
You will primarily support the development and implementation of recruitment and selection strategies, assisting hiring managers to identify key recruitment issues and managing ongoing recruitment.
Duties of the Temporary Recruiter:
- Use recruitment agencies, 3rd party job boards, social media, and industry events to support the recruitment approach in the business.
- Providing hands on recruitment support, sourcing candidates for roles and providing advice to line managers on the market & expectations
- Assuring compliance in sourcing, pre-screening, shortlisting, securing references / candidate background checks, complete offer letter requests and secure all new hire paperwork
- Proactively plan upcoming resource needs which will support organizational change in a timely manner.
- Create a professional network outside of the company to enable a supportive insight and approach to high level recruitment needs in the business.
- Working with the HR team to improve and develop the recruitment strategy
Role skills:
- Proficient in MS Office packages, with hands on recruitment experience
- Able to work on own initiative with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks or issues associated with a candidate's application or onboarding process and take corrective measures to mitigate.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
- Excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels
- Good written skills
- Responsive to change and flexible attitude
