Our Cambridge office is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and grow our primary school desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the primary school desk, building strong relationships with schools and candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for primary school positions.
  • Match candidates to suitable roles and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain a network of schools and educational professionals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
  • Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • A passion for education and making a positive impact in schools.
