Our Cambridge office is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and grow our primary school desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the primary school desk, building strong relationships with schools and candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for primary school positions.
- Match candidates to suitable roles and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain a network of schools and educational professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- A passion for education and making a positive impact in schools.
