Due to a better-than-expected year to date and an entrepreneurial attitude, the Recruitment Team have decided to hire a Recruitment Coordinator for a 3 month period.
Candidates in this firm who do well are often extended but this will also depend on the economic situation.
This role will be 5 days a week in the office in London's West End.
The Role
- Scheduling interviews
- Liaising with candidates taking aptitude tests
- Ensuring the candidates are engaged, even when there is no news to give them.
The Candidate

- Flexible - able to work in a fast-paced environment that many would believe is chaotic.
- Organised - able to multitask
- Good written communication skills (please demonstrate by CV of no more than 2 pages)
- Not intimidated by senior people but no sense of entitlement. Respect is earned not granted.
- At least a year's Recruitment Coordinator experience in Financial Services or similar environment.
