Mortgage and Protection Advisor
As the Mortgage and Protection Advisor for the Brokerage, you will leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive mortgage and protection advice, ensuring clients receive the best financial solutions tailored to their needs. You will handle a variety of cases, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, and everything in between.
Mortgage and Protection Advisor key Responsibilities
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs.
- Assess clients' financial situations, creditworthiness, and eligibility.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage leads and appointments efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Actively seek new business opportunities.
- Immediate and pre-booked appointments, allowing you to hit the ground running.
Office Environment
- Work in an open, energetic office where collaboration and fun are at the heart of everything.
- Enjoy 3 hours of protected time daily to focus without answering calls.
- All administrative tasks are handled for you, including DIPs, FMAs, and nurture calls, so you can concentrate on what you do best.
- Utilise a custom CRM system, Pipedrive, designed specifically for your needs.
- Experience flexibility in your working hours, with options to adjust schedules for family commitments, including school pick-ups and caregiving duties.
Mortgage and Protection Advisor Package
- Base Salary: £26,795 for brokers; £31,685 for senior brokers
- Tiered Commission up to 35%
- Average brokers earn £17k/month, some achieving up to £30k pm - six-figure earnings are highly achievable!
- Hours are between 8.30-6pm, with lots of flexibility for personal commitments.
- Office Based / Hybrid / remote working options available
Mortgage and Protection Advisor Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in mortgage and protection advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of financial products and market conditions.
