Project Management Coordinator - Remediation

On behalf of NatWest, AMS are looking for a Project Management Coordinator - Remediation for an initial 6 Month contract based in London for ad hoc working in office.

NatWest is a major UK retail bank, providing every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

Join us as a Project Management Officer - Remediation:

Project Management Coordinator - Remediation will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. They will be liaising with the business and the DoJ, communicating and coordinating monitorship activities at pace.

What you'll do:

  • Prioritising tasks efficiently and collaborate effectively with team members across various departments.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving meeting scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Maintaining & updating meeting trackers for the 90+ committee meetings.
  • Ensuring meeting details are correct and shared with the monitor in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring packs are received and loaded in time.
  • Liaising between Monitor, NWM, External Counsel, Stakeholders (Zoom/Teams/Email).
  • Responding to information requests (minutes, packs, documents) from DoJ Monitor.
  • Owning and tracking KPIs and stats for their tasks as part of weekly and monthly DoJ Liaison Stats.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information discussed during meetings.
  • Helping plan and manage monitor site visits.
  • Managing the team's inbox.
  • Monitor Visits - Organising requested visits across time zones in multiple locations.

The skills you'll need:

  • Proficient in calendar management software and have a knack for problem-solving.
  • Open to finding and exploring new, efficient ways of working.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing schedules and coordinating logistics.
  • Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Business management / PMO experience would be helpful but not required.
  • Able to work in fast paced teams.
