An innovative and rapidly expanding company is looking for an experienced Pipe Fitter to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. They are offering a salary of £40,000-£45,000 based on experience.
This is a key role and as part of a small engineering team, you will be responsible for helping to build the new internal systems for the company for their development unit at the site in Oxfordshire as well as supporting the installation and commissioning at our customers sites.
You will need to be a time served experienced pipe fitter or mechanical practical engineer who has been involved in the construction and installation of industrial systems which involve mechanical content such as plastic tank installations, pump skid installation and PVC pipe fitting/solvent welding along with electro fusion polythene fittings experience/PE flexible pipe installations in a production environment. (Food industry would be ideal)
Experience installing industrial equipment such as tanks, valves and pipes both indoors and outdoors is essential. Ideally you will hold a qualification in mechanical or process engineering and be able to interpret engineering drawings and engineering instruction for physical build of a new system.
We are looking for a technically trained, practical pipe fitter who is driven with a positive and pro-active attitude, self-motivated and flexible as this could involve unsociable hours and will involve some travelling is essential. (Driving license required)
