Newly created role of Personal Tax Senior within a friendly and highly respected tax team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3 years+ experience of personal tax compliance seeking to broaden their client exposure and be instrumental in the delivery of a trusted client service.
The firm have a very down-to-earth and sociable working environment with flexible/hybrid working (2-3 days in the office per week) and regular social events. They can also offer a genuine progression path and CTA study support for those looking pursue further qualification.
As Personal Tax Senior you will have responsibility for a varied portfolio of 200-250 private clients which may include HNWI's, Directors, partnerships, sole traders and agricultural clients. You will be responsible for preparing and completing the compliance process for Management review. You will also be asked to support with related advisory queries and research from your portfolio. Additionally, you will act as a point of support and training for junior members of the team.
Ideally you will be ATT Qualified (or qualified by experience) with relevant experience gained within a personal tax or general practice role. You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys working hard for your clients and acting as a role model to fellow team members.
