As Land & Site Buyer, you will source and secure land for future residential development at optimal costs across the Southwest.
As Land & Site Buyer you will have the skills and experience in the following:
- Identify Potential Sites
- Appraise Site Value
- Understand Planning Legislation
- Negotiate Site Deals
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Develop Land Bank
- Coordinate Site Surveys
- Associate or chartered member of RIC's or similar would be beneficial
Hours & Benefits
