Requirements:
- Access to a vehicle
- Qualification in Child care/youth/community work is required
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Experience working with children with complex behaviours and understanding of challenging behaviours and trauma
NonStop's client based in North West London are seeking Support Worker to work closely with Supervising Social Worker to support the foster carers and encourage the child/young person's engagement with their care plan and goals.
As Support Worker you will be providing one to one support to the children/young people within the community, such as leisure activities or at school.
This organisation provides a specialist service designed to meet the needs of children/young people who have experienced neglect, trauma and rejection. They been consecutively rated outstanding by Ofsted, with the most recent rating in 2022.
