Senior Setter

This role will be working shifts rotating weekly
6am - 2pm one week, 2pm - 10pm and then 10pm - 6am
You will be responsible for running the factory efficiently
- Setting up and running the machines as per costed cycle
- Monitor and control tool maintenance and repairs
- Identify and pursue cost saving initiatives
- Follow ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems
You will also be responsible for looking after a small team
- Ensure good team discipline including checking the work of others
- Manage junior staff members
- Follow training manual for other team members
