Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons to secondary or post-16 students, fostering a deep understanding of psychological theories and practices.

- Create a classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning styles and encourages student participation and critical analysis.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching practices and contribute to the school's extracurricular programmes, including psychology clubs and research projects.
- Engage in continuous professional development to maintain the highest educational standards and practices in psychology education.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
- Experience in teaching Psychology is preferred, but newly qualified teachers (NQTs) are also encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and engage students through effective teaching methods in psychology.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
