Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cambridgeshire - 3 Month Rolling Contract - £450 Per Day Umbrella Rate - Hybrid
Advanced Resource Managers are currently working for a local authority who are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Cambridgeshire.
About You:
You will have experience working on NEC3 contracts.
You will have experience in estimating works using Schedule of Rates (SoR) within Highways civils.
You must hold a Drivers License.
What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be tasked with supporting NEC administration, CE Assessment, Target Cost production and Scope preparation as well as supporting junior staff. You will also look to liaise with surveyors and other team members on-site to agree with the contractor's assessments of defined costs.
This position is based in Buckinghamshire and is commutable for all taking Train, Bus and Car. The position also offers Hybrid working, you would be required to be on site twice a week.
