About the Protection Broker Role
As a Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of selecting appropriate life, critical illness, and income protection policies that suit their needs. Your key responsibilities include
**Protection Broker Key Responsibilities
- Providing expert advice on protection products, including life, critical illness, and income protection.
- Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure ongoing service and renewals.
- Achieving a monthly banking target of £10k, which is in line with the company's growth and revenue goals.
- Advising on average policies valued between £60 and £70, ensuring clients receive the best coverage.
- Working closely with the sales team to maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities, whether office-based or via hybrid working.
**The Protection Broker Package
- Basic Salary up to £30,000 DOE
- Commission: 20%

**Protection Broker Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in a protection advisory role
- Strong understanding of life, critical illness, and income protection products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Highly motivated, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
