The Advocate Group is excited to be working with a leading drinks business on a Senior Brand Manager opportunity. This is the perfect chance for someone to take a premium brand to the next level across the On & Off Trade.

Role:

  • Ensure brand plans and activations are delivered on time, in full, and are evaluated regularly.
  • Support, coach and mentor direct reports
  • Work closely with the Digital & Content team to support their delivery of brand plans, helping where needed to get jobs done.
  • drive, deliver and report on business performance.
  • Ensure budget and PO trackers and monthly reports are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Deliver on specific KPIs based on commercial objectives and key brand metrics. i.e. Volume, Value, Distribution, ROS as well as consumer metrics

About You:

  • 3+ years brand or product management experience within FMCG or Drinks.
  • People management experience
  • A passion for the on-trade
  • A real self-starter that can solve challenges and use initiative to deliver.
  • Highly numerate and commercial thinking with a clear ability to present robust and compelling insight.
  • Capacity to switch easily between strategic and operational tasks, taking hands-on responsibility.
  • Possess strong project management skills and an ability to think both rapidly and ‘outside the box'.
