An excellent opportunity for an experienced Showroom Sales Consultant to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Location: Bath, BA1

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience

Schedule: Working 5 days per week, Including Saturdays.

Their original staff of 4 has now grown to 20 employed within the Bath area and their mission remains to provide profitable, value for money bathrooms that improve customers lives.

With a friendly team of people who take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience, whether a customer orders a toilet seat or a full bathroom suite. They sell a huge range of products including uniquely some seconds and end-of-line items as well as undertaking beautiful bathroom makeovers from start to finish. The are delighted to say that our 20-strong team, work in a supportive atmosphere undertaking some social activities and enjoying a close friendly working relationship with each other.

They are now looking to recruit a Showroom Sales Consultant to join their team, the ideal candidate will have experience with the KBB industry and within a similar role.

Key Duties (But not limited too):

  • Face-to- face sales negotiation
  • Respond to sales enquiries in person, by phone, and electronically
  • Undertake customer site visits, prepare customer plans and quotations, and follow up appropriately
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to successfully resolve problems
  • Continually update/improve product knowledge
  • Proven product display and presentation experience an advantage

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in bathroom design and/or bathroom sales ESSENTIAL
  • Must have retail sales experience and excellent customer service skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines/timescales
  • Must be a team player
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Mature and credible enough to represent the company at home visits
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Computer literate and able to use Google Docs, Sheets, and other software
  • Knowledge of "Inno+" 3D CAD or similar is an advantage but full training is provided
  • Hold a full clean UK driving licence
  • DIY skills would be advantageous
