A forward-thinking, quality focused independent case management company, specialising in catastrophic and complex injuries is looking for a Clinical Case Manager with previous experience in the role.
Along with a salary of up to £52,000 per annum, you will also receive a company car, access to an employee assistance and wellbeing programme, regular in-house training days and support of an administration team and a CQC Registered Manager.
What you'll do as Clinical Case Manager?
You will provide support to children and young people with a range of needs including traumatic brain injury, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury and amputation. You should be highly competent and dynamic in developing client-centred rehabilitation packages.
Some elements of the role can be completed remotely; however, this position also requires regular ‘real world' face-to-face meetings with clients and their families, support workers and other members of the multi-disciplinary teams as well as some occasional attendance at the main office in Ipswich.
Staff development is supported with in-house training days and mentoring.
We're looking for a Clinical Case Manager with:
- A background in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Social Work or Clinical Psychology;
- Registration with HCPC, NMC, or Social Work England;
- The ability to demonstrate an ability to support children and young people to have the best opportunities and outcomes;
- A driving licence;
- Excellent organisational, communication and computer skills;
- Competent in developing bespoke rehabilitation packages;
- Ability to implement and supervise a variety of clinical and non-clinical services;
- Good time management with adherence to deadlines;
- Excellent report writing and record keeping skills.
They are open to applicants who wish to have the benefits of working on a self-employed basis, or who are looking for an employed role. This could be either full-time or part-time. Hourly rate for self-employed - £45-£64 per hour dependent on experience & qualifications.
