In recent years the business has achieved amazing YOY growth, specifically across international markets across Europe, US, Australia and rest of world. Due to this growth, the business is expanding and hiring for an Assistant Product Marketing Manager.
You will lead the development and management of the product portfolio, by identifying market opportunities, defining product strategies, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle to drive growth.
Key Duties of an Assistant Product Marketing Manager:
- Product Strategy - Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and market needs.
- Market Research - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Product Development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and manufacturing to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches end to end, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and managing launch activities.
Key Skills/Experience of an Assistant Product Marketing Manager:
- 3+ years' experience in Product Development, including all the above aspects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Passion for the FMCG/Sporting space
- Ambitious and keen to progress in your career!
- Strong commercial acumen along with a creative edge
- Ability to multi-task
