The Senior Frontend Developer role:
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you'll collaborate within a cross-functional team including C# API, iOS, Android, BA, and UX experts. This role requires a strong focus on user-centered design, iterative development, and continuous learning. Working closely with other frontend developers, you'll play a key role in enhancing and evolving the company's React-based platforms. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborative Development: Work with a diverse team to ensure the frontend aligns with business goals and user needs.
- Focus on UX & Iterative Design: Drive improvements through user-centered design, contributing to scalable and efficient frontend architectures.
- Continuous Improvement: Mentor other developers and help establish best practices to maintain high standards in code quality.
Senior Frontend Developer - Essential Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in ES6, React, Styled Components, and React Testing Library.
- Leadership Abilities: Experience in leading or mentoring developers, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Netlify, Tailwind, and Gatsby.
