Join our client, a leading recruitment organisation, as an Operations Administrator in their vibrant and dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with excellent organisational skills to support the team.

In this central role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, preparing contracts, arrange insurances and other compliance documents, and maintain up-to-date records for new starters. Your attention to detail will be crucial.

As an Operations Administrator, you will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, communicating in a professional and approachable manner. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be instrumental in collaborating with individuals at all levels within the organisation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and you should be confident picking up new CRMs.

Your ability to work towards deadlines and manage multiple tasks will be imperative to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate finance tracking
  • Prepare contracts and arrange insurance documents
  • Maintain records for new starters and contractor documents
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep accurate records using Microsoft Office tools
  • Assist with compiling information for client questionnaires
  • Filing information accurately
  • Work towards deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
