As Lettings Manager you will be integral to the commercial performance and operations of some best-in-class residential assets in London whilst you will lead the on-site team, drive lettings activity and ensure outstanding customer experience at all times.

Role : Lettings Manager (Build to Rent)

Location : Greater London / London

Salary : £50,000 + Bonus (OTE £70,000)

Role Overview :

As Lettings Manager you will be responsible for overall leasing and marketing strategy at the development, including, but not limited to, pre lease targets, leasing of remaining properties and ensuring maximum occupancy.

Understand and promote the brand and product at all times and ensure the same of the on-site team.

Manage the front of house/leasing teams and be responsible for the overall delivery of the entire BTR product and the highest level of operational performance.

Who we are searching for :

  • An exceptional leader in the lettings industry, ideally with previous experience in the BTR industry
  • An individual with financial acumen and experience of working to budgets and devising a leasing strategy
  • Experience of developing a continuous improvement culture and mentoring a high performing team
  • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and a high level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills
  • IRPM / ARLA qualifications (highly desirable)
