Business Travel Consultant required for a lovely implant based in Surrey. You will be part of a small team booking travel arrangements using the Amadeus GDS. This is a Monday-Friday office based role with a salary of up to £34,000.
Business Travel Consultant responsibilities:
- Booking all aspects of travel via Amadeus GDS
- Adhering to clients travel policy using preferred suppliers etc
- Ticketing, reissues, revalidations, refunds
- Updating client profiles and monitoring queues
Business Travel Consultant skills required:
- Previous experience as a BTC or working for an airline using a GDS
- Amadeus preferred but may consider cross-training
- Approachable with excellent customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ticketing knowledge

- Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
