A fantastic opportunity to work with a fire & security business based in Leeds who specialise in providing customised fire & security solutions to businesses, and public sector organisations throughout the U.K. my client is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join the team.
Package
£40-45,000 + commission structure
Office based | Compnay Car | 25 days holiday entitlement with the option of purchasing an additional 5 extra days per annum | Company pension scheme | Gym membership
Main Responsibilities
- Drive new and extra works business from existing and new SME customers with no geographical territory
- Respond to incoming enquiries and self-generate new business (new solutions or upgrades to services) from these accounts.
- Handle a select number of defined lead sources and to support new customer acquisition.
- Drive new and additional works from existing customer accounts by building positive relationships with them.
- Source potential new customers through self-generated business and referrals.
- Self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and warm/cold calling.
Experiences and Knowledge

Experience in fire & security design is highly desirable, but not essential.

Must hold strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

must have previous sales experience

Adept at handling existing Customer relationships to drive growth for the company along with increased happiness for the Customer.

You will be able to function independently but will also be able to use resources and engage with operational departments to ensure high levels of customer service.

You will understand the sales process from start to finish.

You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of achievements and success in new sales.
