Our client, a well-established organisation based in Huddersfield, is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy payroll function, processing monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees using Sage 50. If you're available immediately and bring strong payroll and spreadsheet experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate processing of monthly payroll for 500+ staff
- Generation and analysis of payroll reports
- Maintaining precise payroll records and documentation
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve payroll queries
- Upholding confidentiality and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Supporting general administrative tasks within payroll
What we are looking for:
- Proficiency in Sage 50 Payroll software
- Strong Excel skills and data management capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience in payroll administration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- This is a full-time position. However, part-time applicants will also be considered as long as key days Monday-Wednesday are covered.
