The role:

  • As the successful Adult Social Care / COP Solicitor, you will deliver quality legal expertise and exceptional client care, maintaining the existing client focused ethos
  • You will manage your own files, with plenty of support

The successful Adult Social Care/Court Of Protection Solicitor will:

  • Be an experienced practitioner with a bias towards mental capacity
  • Be committed to the onward provision of publicly funded work; particularly COP files
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion and enthusiasm for this area of law
  • You can live anywhere in England to be considered - Those who live in the South and North are of particular interest

This is a predominantly remote role for an Adult Social Care/COP Solicitor. Please note you must be able to visit client sites and the office occasionally.
