Manager

We have an exciting position for a Manager in a furniture company in Enfield.

This is a permanent position with opportunity for progression for the right candidate.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety administration, including drivers hours compliance.
  • Logistics, including organising all aspects of delivery of goods to customers, and incoming materials, including invoices, documentation, production of quotes, and management of returns.
  • Regular reports, including costing, logistics, and inventory management
  • Production of staff rotas
  • Other office and management duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills are an absolute necessity for this job
  • Good understanding of courier services, with experience coordinating customer mail services.
  • Good computer literacy skills, including ability to quickly and effectively learn and use new systems. Proficient using Microsoft packages and ERP systems (E.g. Sage)
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy and planning ability are essential
  • Able to identify areas for improvement and find solutions to implement
  • Previous experience working in stock management is essential
  • Previous experience working in logistics is essential
