Are you an FEA Engineer with 5+ years the oil and gas experience and strong CAD abilities , looking to join an ever expanding company, where you will lead engineering projects, gain further skills and progress your career?
This role is within a global technology company who, due to their continued growth, are looking to recruit a Senior FEA Engineer to join the team in the Port Talbot office. They have continually expanded since their establishment in 1849, and now have offices worldwide. Providing sealing solutions, and products to a diverse clientele, including the oil and gas industries.
In this role you will lead a team through mechanical design projects, ensuring the development and innovation of products from conception through to production. You will be analyzing and developing solutions to any problems that arise throughout the process, as well as ensuring production is feasible. You will work collaboratively with other teams throughout the process.
This position is ideal for a seasoned FEA Engineer with over five years of experience in the oil and gas sector and CAD design, who is eager to enhance their skills and advance their career through comprehensive training and development opportunities.
The Role:
- Working on projects from conception through to production
- Contributing to the development and innovation of projects
- Monday - Thursday - 8:30am-5pm / Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
The Person:
- Engineering Degree/ Masters or similar
- At least 5 years experience working as an FEA Engineer
- Strong CAD skills
- Commute to Port Talbot
