We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Arlington Court and the West Exmoor coast in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.
The role will require working with the ranger teams at Arlington Court and Heddon Valley.

What you'll be doing
As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you'll be making sure that Arlington Court and the West Exmoor coast operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You'll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You'll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), assisting the ranger teams with their health & safety compliance and helping North Devon reach carbon net zero.
