Pertemps are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Manager with an engineering background (aerospace or mechanical) to join our client's expanding team in Datchet.

Key Responsibilities of an Office Manager:
- Assist the directors in the growth of the branch.
- Collaborate and support the team to ensure smooth office operations. (Small team of 3)
- Engage in various aspects of office management including sales, finance, HR, and after-market activities.
Requirements of an Office Manager:
- Engineering background from either education or workplace (aerospace, mechanical).
- 3-5 years of previous office management experience.
- Previous experience in sales, finance, HR, management, aerospace, and/or after-market is advantageous.
- Must have international knowledge and be willing to travel occasionally.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved with the team.
