Our client is a small, progressive and modern coeducational independent senior school and sixth form based in London, presently they are looking to appoint a female House Parent to join them on a permanent basis from September 2024.

The school in question has both a senior school and sixth form site, with the boarding house being located a short distance from both, it is an innovative school with high academic and pastoral standards and a diverse pupil intake including many international pupils.

The role at hand is that of a female House Parent, the appointed individual will join a team of boarding staff whilst reporting into the Head of Boarding, they will be responsible for ensuring the boarding house continues to be a home away from home for all pupils. The successful applicant will have experience of boarding previously and ideally be educated to degree level with completed child protection training and an understanding of working with international pupils.

In addition to a highly competitive salary level the appointed Head of Boarding will receive:
