Job Title- Health and Safety Advisor (Contract)
Location- North East Scotland across a cluster of sites around the Keith and Elgan area
Rate- Umbrella rate of between £500-600 DOE (Inside IR35)
Length of contract- 3 months minimum
HSE Recruitment are working with a large manufacturing company who are looking for a Health and Safety Lead/ Advisor to join them, supporting a cluster of sites in the Keith and Elgan area.
This role will report into a site based Health & Safety Manager, to bridge the gap and ensure momentum on site isn't lost whilst they find someone permanent. The business are heavily focused on driving safety performance and investing in resource is a key part of this.
It's essential you are a hands on, roll your sleeves up type of safety professional who will get stuck into the roll out H&S Projects. To help at ground level to support the factory manager and motivate and engage with the factory floor.
What we are looking for:
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum
- Background: Manufacturing only, ideally food and drink.
- Personality: pragmatic, proactive, confident, able to work at pace, starter/ finisher, collaborate, able to challenge but in the right way.
