A wonderful opportunity has surfaced in a well-established Ofcom registered telecoms business. Based in Manchester it is Dynamic company with dedicated support, provisioning, sales and customer service teams.
The role
The business is seeking a candidate to join there sales team as an account manager, providing a well rounded level of customer service, account management and new business sales skills in supporting the business in the sale of there product portfolio;
Connectivity - Broadband, SD-Wan, Leased Line
Collaboration - Teams Integration, HTS Contact Centre, Direct Routing
Business Services- Virtual Reception, Business Audit
Comms- Hosted Telephony, VoIP, SIP, UC, Fraud monitoring
Business - Mobile and SMS
Skills and Experience required
- A secure understanding of the above product portfolio/solutions alongside Telecommunications industry.
- Creating and organising appointments with existing customers to cross sell other services (you will have over 200 accounts to manage)
- Experience and understanding of outbound account management, using effective questioning and customer service.
- Cross-sell a portfolio of IT and Telephony related products and services
