Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are delighted to be supporting our Client with their requirement for a HR Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a newly created role for the business and you will be responsible for all HR Functions across the company.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- You will cover all aspects of HR including talent management, compensation and employee benefits, training and development, compliance and workplace safety
- You will have a proactive approach to achieving organisational strategy
- You will be responsible for implementing new policies and procedures across the business and its multiple sites
- You will be partnering with multiple sites on a range of HR tasks, from Learning and Development and Employment Law to TUPE and Talent Management
- You will be required to travel to sites as required to provide appropriate support on complex ER issues
- Central recording of sickness / absence
- Provision of ad hoc HR-related reports
You will have the following skills & attributes:
- Experience working within a stand-alone HR capacity
- Multi-site HR experience
- Proven experience of harmonising ways or working across multiple sites
- A strong understanding of employment law and HR practices
- CIPD Qualified (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as required
- A full-clean, driving licence
