Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are delighted to be supporting our Client with their requirement for a HR Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a newly created role for the business and you will be responsible for all HR Functions across the company.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • You will cover all aspects of HR including talent management, compensation and employee benefits, training and development, compliance and workplace safety
  • You will have a proactive approach to achieving organisational strategy
  • You will be responsible for implementing new policies and procedures across the business and its multiple sites
  • You will be partnering with multiple sites on a range of HR tasks, from Learning and Development and Employment Law to TUPE and Talent Management
  • You will be required to travel to sites as required to provide appropriate support on complex ER issues
  • Central recording of sickness / absence
  • Provision of ad hoc HR-related reports

You will have the following skills & attributes:

  • Experience working within a stand-alone HR capacity
  • Multi-site HR experience
  • Proven experience of harmonising ways or working across multiple sites
  • A strong understanding of employment law and HR practices
  • CIPD Qualified (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • A full-clean, driving licence
