South West London - Hybrid

My client, an established Membership bodylooking for an experienced Curriculum Lead on an 12m FTC basis to support the review, design and development of their qualifications and apprenticeships.

You will have prior experience structuring frameworks for courses within a learning/education/assessment environment and the ability to contribute ideas confidently

There is a high potential for this role to be extended.

This role would be open to 4/5 day working week.

The Role

  • Develop and implement a new Professional Development framework
  • Develop new qualifications, apprenticeships and effective methods of delivery.
  • Develop new, innovative teaching and learning materials, approaches and delivery modes.
  • Incorporating feedback and demands from students and other stakeholders.
  • Be well informed of latest learning methodologies and trends.
  • Work with contracted tutors to improve and develop teaching skills
  • Ongoing review of the portfolio of qualifications and apprenticeships .
  • Effectively manage projects and initiatives across team.
  • Support the Assessment lead in the development of assessments.
  • Support in marketing of qualifications and student recruitment through presentations, events, publications and tasters.
  • Deliver a suite of products that address the need of students for non-syllabus skills and support.
  • Provide detailed and wide-ranging information qualification success, participation and performance.
  • Support the Learning manager, Digital Learning Manager and the Assessment Lead.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in developing syllabi from a professional body, higher education, or corporate training.
  • A self-starter and creative thinker, capable of working independently.
  • Work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a demanding environment.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to produce professionally presented documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced pc skills (predominantly MS Office).
  • Ability to influence and lead peers and external stakeholders
  • Use of project management tools in the design and development of curriculum qualifications
