Estate Agent Viewing Consultant - Faringdon - £25k package
My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand with multiple branches across the Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire area. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic, professional viewing/sales negotiator to join their busy residential sales team in Faringdon, Oxfordshire. The role will include spending a good proportion of your time organising and conducting viewings, getting to know buyers and fully understanding their needs. The successful candidate will need flexibility to conduct viewings as well as work in the office and provide a great customer experience.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License and Car
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Punctual and reliable
- Local Knowledge
- Well presented
- Computer literate
- Confident in face to face dealings with clients
- Good telephone manner
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated

Hours of work: 8.45am-5.30pm Mon-Fri
plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am-4.00pm with a lieu day
