An urban mobility start-up is seeking a hands-on CTO to develop and scale an AI-driven platform transforming urban mobility data into actionable insights.

THE ROLE
As the CTO, you will:
- Lead product development from prototype to market.
- Be hands-on with development and code (React, Node.js, Python).
- Build and grow the tech team (8-10 developers).
- Collaborate with PhD students to bring research into commercialisation.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong background in AI and full-stack development.
- Experience in product leadership and taking tech from lab to market.
- PhD in Computer Science/AI preferred; MSc with experience considered.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
