Recruit UK is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join a leading financial planning firm in Cambridgeshire. This firm is renowned for delivering bespoke Financial Advice, and they are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to become an integral part of their dynamic team. If you're motivated by providing exceptional client service in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Point of contact for clients and Financial Planners
- Completing valuations
- Processing new business
- Updating CRM system
- Providing full administrative support to Financial Planners
- Inbox management, telephone duties, letter writing
- Assisting with suitability report writing and cashflow using software and templates

Skills and experience required:
- Previous Financial Planning Administration experience
- Good understanding of products and providers
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive attitude, adaptable to change and able to prioritise tasks
