DK Recruitment are seeking 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our client who are a leading managed service provider looking to expand their 2nd line service desk team. They heavily promote organic growth and this role has progression into the 3rd Line team.
We are looking for a minimum of 3 years IT support experience working on a service desk, ideally for a MSP but this isn't essential.
Experience/Duties
- Experience supporting Windows Servers, O365, Azure AD, Intune and general Network administration and troubleshooting, TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi
- Ensuring that all communications to the Service Desk, phone calls, and emails are answered
promptly and in a professional and courteous manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Location: Corsham
- Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
- They provide fully funded training and certifications.
