Head of Digital - D2C eCommerce £50,000 - £70,000 - Cheshire East
We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing candidate from an eCommerce background to oversee the acquisition strategy for a group of scaling D2C websites.
You will oversee the entire Digital function, manage P&L and drive strategic growth over the next 12-24 months.
We are ideally looking for an individual who is comfortable working hands-on in the execution of performance marketing campaigns with the support of freelancers, and agencies where needed.

Responsibilities:
- Ownership of full Digital function
- Develop and oversee the execution of a Digital strategy
- Drive customer acquisition initiatives to support growth targets
- Implement retention initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value
- Build, lead and grow a high-performing multi-channel Digital team
- Maintain and continuously optimise performance of x3 D2C Shopify sites
- Driving traffic to our websites using a variety of digital marketing channels (including PPC, SEO, email marketing and social media)
- Working with the Ecommerce team to improve conversion rates
- Analyse & report on channel / campaign performance to key stakeholders
- Embody a growth-focused mindset to support wider business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role for a D2C eCommerce business
- Proven experience overseeing the execution of multi-channel strategies
- Proven experience hiring, developing and growing teams
- An individual who is comfortable rolling their sleeves-up and being involved in various elements of the business during this growth phase
