Sales Administrator - Glasgow
(Temporary - Depending on performance, there's a possibility of transitioning to a permanent position)
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Office based
Holidays: 25 days + Statutory holidays

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting sales teams? Reed is assisting our client with the recruitment of a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team in Glasgow on a temporary basis.
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our sales team, managing data, and ensuring smooth operations. Your tasks will include:
- Assisting with order processing, sales inquiries, and customer communication.
- Accurately inputting sales orders, customer information, and inventory data.
- Handling paperwork, filing, and general office duties.
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Compiling reports
- Managing diaries for team members
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
