Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a passion for Digital Transformation? We're seeking an Interim Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship programme, seeking to transform the community experience.
About the Role:

Purpose: The programme aims to revolutionise our relationship with residents and communities. As the Programme Manager, you'll oversee the implementation of the programme, ensuring improved access to services and a positive resident experience across digital, telephony, and face-to-face channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes.
- Develop robust business cases and embed benefits management processes.
- Collaborate with teams, partners, and communities to drive positive change.
Requirements:
- Local Authority/Council/Borough experience.
- Proven experience in programme management.
- Strong background in solution design and business case development.
- Passion for enhancing resident experiences.
