An award-winning Construction Consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside an Associate from the consultancy's office in Maidstone Kent, after winning and securing several, valuable projects in the past few weeks.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a multi-disciplinary team who are currently working across a mix of private and public sector projects, mainly within the residential, education, leisure, and healthcare sectors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing (pre and post contract) important projects for key, local, client accounts. There is also a young quantity surveying team in Kent that you will help support - mentoring and qaultiy checking.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS, or have significant quantity surveying experience
- PQS / Construction Consultancy experience
- Comfortable working pre and post contract
- A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
- UK driving licence
- Able to commute to Maidstone, Kent
